I encountered a problem while trying to pay for my Adobe Stock membership initially due to a card issue, but after resolving it, I successfully paid. However, even though the payment went through and money was deducted, my account still displays a card problem message, preventing me from downloading music. Kindly address this issue urgently to ensure uninterrupted access to my membership benefits.
Additionally, I recently updated my name in my profile, but the application continues to address me by my old nickname.
