Hi Lisa,

I have checked your account and it seems that the last charge was made on 21st June 2017 which was for Creative Cloud. I do not see any payment of $30 for Adobe Stock on this particular ID.

Let me know if you have any other Adobe ID so that I can check the issue for you.

Regards,

Twarita

Hi Lisa,

I have checked your account and noticed that you have downloaded 9 images whereas the remaining assets were not downloaded. You can use your available licenses as long as your membership is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your membership. Please refer Common Questions, Adobe Stock for more details.

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional query.

Regards,

Twarita

Hi, If the payment just came out of my account and is valid until Aug 5th then why can I no longer download images? All other subscription accounts work that way, they do NOT cancel immediately. Shouldn't it be active until that date? FYI I DID NOT download images that are usable, as they have watermarks. They were just comps.
