Buongiorno abbiamo effettuato l'acquisto nell'ordine in oggetto dell'immagine n.145677929 dopo averla scaricata in formato esteso all'apertura della stessa risulta sgranata e non utilizzabile potete indicarci cosa possiamo fare ? Grazie [email removed by moderator]

The vector images are best to be downloaded in Illustrator.

So I would request to download the file in Illustrator CC to get the best results and if you do not have Illustrator, then as a workaround you may download the trial version of Illustrator(7 days trial ) and can try to use the files.

You may also save the file as PDF as shown in the screenshot below and can use the file in CorelDraw:

Can you please let us know a few more details so that we can assist you further?

  • What is the dimension/ size you are trying to achieve since I see that the file(145677929) is a Vector file which can be printed in all formats without loss in quality?
  • At what percentage are you viewing this file?
  • Which application are you using this file with?
  • When you say that the file appears grainy, please provide a screenshot?

Infatti il file è in vettoriale

La dimensione che devo usare è cm.30x30 c/a

Il programma che uso è Correl draw X7

Ti allego screenschot dove puoi vedere nella parte in alto a dx gli occhi sono pixelati/sgranati
