Problems buying a single Stock image.

I am personally trying to buy a single image from Stock, not through my company which pays for the license I use. I have spoken with support specialists in India three times now, and no one can help me. I asked to please be connected to someone in the United States who could better understand what I was asking for, and I got hung up on. What should I do?

I was also asked to provide my complete billing information on one of those phone conversations to "look up" what it would cost. I only gave them my state name and that I live in the USA. I was quoted $50 USD. That seems a bit sketchy. What should I do about that?

And my inital problem... Does anyone know how I can personally buy a single Adobe Stock image?

I suppose that you are on a teams account using your company e-mail?

What I would suggest is to create a private Adobe ID with a private e-mail address. You take the 30-days-10-assets free test subscription and you licence your asset. You can cancel that anytime during your 30 days, but be sure to cancel.
