When I work in Premiere Pro I have a licens with 10 free download per month from Adobe stock. But suddenly I cant download any music. Now I get pointed to the website to purchase the song that I draged in to the project. The last time I downloaded music from the stock library I had plenty of licenses left.

Has any one out there experienced the same problem and maby have a solution?

Hi @Peter from Sweden,

From your Adobe ID I can see that you are member of a team with an Adobe Stock subscription. You will want to sign into the Adobe Stock website and select your organization from the profile menu. You would then be able to access the Stock quota from Premiere Pro.

On the web, go to https://stock.adobe.com. If logged-in, in a blue rectangle, header, right, near your name, you see the number of licences left.

If you are on the website, you can also try to search the asset.
