I purchased Premium Foto, but I would need higher resolution. Is there a way to get refund for the low res foto when I buy same motiv with higher resolution?

What is the resolution you have purchased, and what is the resolution that you need, please?

We licenced:

1) AdobeStock_287826564 and 
2) AdobeStock_287826565

(Mother and daughter cooking in kitchen together cutting broccoli)

We licenced  small 1688 x 1125 px (€ 249,99)
But we need in both cases: big 6000 x 4000 px (€ 499,99)
