Purchasing Enhanced License

I want an enhanced license for a stock video shot, and the enhanced license check is greyed out at the bottom. This may be a really basic question, but does that mean the enhanced license is included, or does the greyed-out check indicate that the enhanced license is not available for this piece of media?

Hi Evan,

I was suspecting the right thing. It's exactly what I mentioned in my post above.

This just means that whichever version of file you license, you'll get an enhanced license for that.

Hi Evan,

I don't think I quite follow the issue here. Can you elaborate more as to what are you seeing?

Please post a screenshot if possible.

Until then maybe you're just seeing the properties of the files which say that it comes with an enhanced license your the information. It just means that the specific asset comes as an enhanced license.

Sheena
