Once again, I was disappointed with the file. I downloaded a photo of the sky, which looks reliably on the thumbnail, after downloading it turns out to be a poor quality render with visible pixels instead of tonal transitions.

I have checked the image as shared by you.

However, I was unable find any issues with the image. I opened it in Photoshop and scaled it at 100% but it wasn't pixelated.

Could you please try to check again?
