I'd like to cancel my plan but it kept showing "You'll be able to manage this plan shortly" and won't let me manage it. It has been more than 24 hours. Could you please help me?

Is the issue solved by know? If not, I suggest, you contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled!
