I have a question about the ranking of the picture.

How the order of appearance of the images is defined for a search?

Is it just with word key ? Or is there an human intervention to evaluate quality of image ?

if 2 pictures have the same description and key word, how is define the ranking in a search?

When a contributor submits an image they add keywords. The keywords are scored in order of importance by the order the contributor added them.
