Branching to a new discussion,

Hi Mariana,

We are sorry to hear about your poor experience with Stock services. I just checked your account details and noticed that you have an active Stock subscription under the Adobe ID shared with forums which was purchased on 26th April 2016. You also have 90 approx assets left in your account which are valid until your subscription is active.

Can you please be a bit more specific about your issue? Do you wish to cancel your subscription and unable to do that or are you unable to use your remaining assets? Please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Regards

Twarita
