Hi Twarita

I can't download an image because my account has been deactivated. When I try to reactivate it by updating my credit card info, it just returns back to previous page that still says "account deactivated" in red. I've tried this six times and restarted my browser when doing so.

Please help

I would suggest you to sign out from Adobe Stock, sign back in, and try to purchase the asset again. Also, try using a different browser and let us know if this solves your issue.
