I accidently licenced this image File # 364309552. Thought I would see cost and it just said it was in my library. Don't want it. Thanks!

Hello,

I have done the same. I accidentally licensed the image 159363813. I have been chatting with customer support for almost an hour and they keep telling me I can not unlicense it or give me a credit. It was a simple mistake. I didn't realize when you add to library it is licensing it. I was trying to save preview. Thank you for the help!

Hi Sarah,

I have checked your account details and noticed the image number you have mentioned above( 159363813 ) is not licensed.

It might be possible that you have only saved the image in the preview mode and not licensed it.

Can you please check that once again. If still facing troubles let us know so that we can assist you further.
