Re: how do I unlicense something that I purchased accidentally?

Hello,

On my adobe stock account I had 9 free photos left and I was trying to license a photo and it charged me for it when it was not supposed to.  It's file number is 52700035​ I would like to license the photo but I just don't think I should have been charged.

Unfortunately, there is no way to undo/unlicense the file.

Hi Alex,

Sorry to hear that you are facing troubles with Stock services.

I just checked your account details and noticed that you have signed in for Adobe Stock 10 images per month subscription. You may only license standard assets through subscription plans. The asset (52700035) is an extended license which can only be purchased on-demand and is not included in any subscription plan, that is the reason you have been charged for the above-mentioned asset.

That is good to know is there any possible way I can undo that purchase in any way?
