Vector image is actually pixel graphic

This file ( https://stock.adobe.com/images/yellow-splash-brushes-set-of-yellow-watercolor-brushes/317096683 ) among many others by the same artist are being sold as vector and they are pixel graphics. Could you please refund my account?

Hello, I just tried it and believe this brush set it working as expected. Is it possible you downloaded it as a JPEG by accident? I used one of the individual layers of brushes in this set and dragged it into the "Brushes" window in Adobe Illustrator which created the brush that I could choose and paint with.
