Re: Why won't adobe stock let me download my licensed images?

I am having the same issue and its asking to pay the standard cost but i have 10 images in my plan and i haven't downloaded anything since 2 month

    Hi Linda,

    I have checked your account and I see that you've an active subscription for Adobe Stock and currently there are 38 licenses available in your account.

    Could you please check if you're signed in with the same Adobe ID to the Stock website?

    If yes, kindly sign out from the website and then reset the browser. Once the browser has been reset successfully, try to login again.

    Let me know if the issue still persists.
