Refund - Audio producer "View Points/Epidemic Sound" does not remove copyright strike on Youtube

Question

I bought the following audio file:

#331445641 | View Points/Epidemic Sound | Arts and Crafts

I then uploaded a video to Youtube using the audio file. Youtube detected that I used the audio file and I used the following tutorial to add my license code:

After taking a look, the autor did not remove the copyright strike. I want to have a refund for this audiofile and I'm really unhappy with this content producer.

@Simon352124332ggi Really sorry you are experiencing this. I have send the refund in your account, so feel free to switch to another asset.
Meanwhile, please refer to @Abambo's post above. After providing the licence key, YouTube should allow you to use that sound on their system. Let us know if there is anything we can help from here.

What does YouTube support say? After providing the licence key, YouTube should allow you to use that sound on their system if used correctly.
