Refund for stock footage

I purchased the 4K video and found that the image quality is very unclear, and there are obvious masks on the video. Does this require a refund? It cannot be used at all......

The preset of this downloaded 4K video cannot be supported at all... I feel cheated.

If possible... can I refund the credit for this video or any support can help me?
