Refund from adobe stock

Hello all, I have just cancelled my subscription from adobe stock for it took my money without confirming anything about moving into the full membership. When I cancelled my plan I was notified of an email but noticed it was not immediate. My play ends November 6th 2018, would i be refunded then or was I lied to. Please let me know. Thank you for your time

    Please contact our Customer Service for assistance. To do so go here and sign in with your Adobe ID used for your membership.

    Contact Customer Care

    Then please select Account issues > Account settings and then click the blue > Show me my contact options button at the bottom to see options for reaching phone or chat support.

    They should be able to assist,
