I'm trying to get a refund for a stock subscrition I didn't know I had, and never used. I've spent about 20 mins trying to find a way to 'contact support' as has been suggested in replies to other similar posts like this.
So am I missing something? Is there some obvious way of talking with a human that's hidden somewhere in the contact page? Because the 'real help from real people' thing doesn't seem to hold true. Is it a time zone thing because I'm in the UK? If so, I can't find that info anywhere either. I just...can't find anything.

you must use a compliant browser. ie, one that allows popups and accepts cookies. a mobile browser usually works.

When you click the chat icon, post 'real agent' and then wait patiently. A real person should join the chat.
