refund on accidental license

New Here ,
Sep 15, 2025 Sep 15, 2025

Hi there, I purchased a license for a Premium Photo by accident which was more than 1 plan credit. I was just in automatic mode for licensing an image, and just clicked through the purchasing without realising it was a significant amount more credits. I noticed right when I clicked "purchase"  but before i could even cancel, it completed the purchase. Can I get the credits refunded to me at all? I have not used the image.

You will get asked a confirmation when you are licensing an asset that costs more than 1 credit. You explicitly authorized the licensing. Generally speaking, all license buys are considered final. Let's see what Adobe has to say on this.

Hello @defaultdfizgi4d3tgp - If an asset costs more than 1 credit - you will see a confirmation modal before proceeding. I refunded the credits this time, but please be more careful moving forward.
