I bought an image but looking closely there are these weird shapes which looks a bit weird when printed. I cannot use this image #339059941. How do you get credited?

Hello, I see that you contacted our customer care team about this issue. You should have been given a credit to replace the credit you used for this asset. I’ve corrected this.
