Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “manage plan” for the stock plan and cancel. If you cancel during the first 14 days of the paid subscription, you will get an automatic refund. If you cancel after that date, you have to pay an early termination fee of half of the remaining due for the annual subscription, and you will get no refund.

In the latter case, you may try to contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your exit. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If in doubt, ask the forum.
