I got the free subscription for adobe stock. I meant to cancel it before i was charged. i thought i did cancel it but i was still charged. Is it possible to get a refund? i haven't used it since i was charged and i don't plan on it. Thank you
Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “manage plan” for the stock plan and cancel. If you cancel during the first 14 days of the paid subscription, you will get an automatic refund. If you cancel after that date, you have to pay an early termination fee of half of the remaining due for the annual subscription, and you will get no refund.
In the latter case, you may try to contact Adobe customer care and negotiate your exit. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat

What didn't work? Please be more precise.
Did Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “manage plan” not work or contact Adobe support?

I canceled the subscription immediately after being charged €36 but I did not receive any refund, I asked the chat bot and it told me that I have no pending refund.

Refunds take some time to be processed. You got, during your cancel an estimate, when the refund gets processed. As refunds are processed manually count 5 to 10 business days.
If you contacted the chat immediately after cancelling, it may be that the bot did not yet get the info.
If you want human interaction with chat, ask for an agent.

When you cancelled (on the 7th?), did the message say that you get a refund?
Check at https://account.adobe.com/plans if you really cancelled the plan. if not, cancel or contact customer care to help you with cancel.

yes I canceled it, and when I did they didn't tell me anything about the refund but I have never used Adobe Stock, so I paid €36 for nothing. Anyway, €36 it's not a big deal.
