Greetings,

I used the trial for Adobe Stock but I'm not going to use the product in the coming future. I received a charge on 12/21/2022 for the first month, I believe, but I want to cancel it and get reimbursed as I did not use it after the trial period and just 3 days has passed.

Thank you for your assistance and happy holidays.

Go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and click “manage plan”. You can cancel there. You will get an e-mail that the plan has been cancelled, and you will get reimbursed in the next 5 working days (14 days cancel rule after first charge).

If you have trouble to self-cancel, contact Adobe customer service, and they will cancel for you. On the link above, you can check if the plan has been cancelled, and you will get an e-mail of the cancel.
