Why can I not remove this image, I dont want to use adobe stock, I have not signed up for trial. I accidentally clicked an image to see how it works, there was no confirmation and Adobe stock image is now not removable from my plan image number #482292579 - image is not being used anywhere. Please remove as I even tried to cancel my subscription but decided against it and now I am writing in forums as there is no way to contact adobe directly to get this resolved, what a headache - please help!

Hi Nicholas,

I dont see any Adobe Stock subscription linked to the Adobe IDs you are using on the forum. Please note that the image you licensed is free and does not require you to have a subscription.

I do have an Adobe subscription but not with Adobe Stock but I can action it as a trial within my subscription - however the image is downloadable if I wish onto my hard drive and I presume I can download other images from Adobe stock - how is that possible ? or are the images Free but if used then a payment has to be made ? Either way I would like the image removed from my account just in case I get billed for it within my subscription that I have. If you can let me know please or give further info ? Regards.

Adobe Stock has a collection of free assets which are free of charge. The asset you licensed falls under this category.

The asset cannot be unlicensed. However, you can remove the asset from any downloads or libraries on your end if you wish to do so.

yes, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
