Request to Waive Adobe Stock Early Cancellation Fee

Dear Adobe Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request assistance with canceling my Adobe Stock subscription. While I understand the terms of my current plan, I was surprised to see the high early cancellation fee of ₺1,915.20(Turkish Lira) when attempting to cancel today.

As a loyal customer, I would appreciate your help in either waiving this fee or offering a more flexible solution, as the cost is quite burdensome for me at this time. I would prefer to cancel my subscription without incurring such a significant penalty.

I understand the value of the service but unfortunately, due to my current circumstances, continuing the subscription is not financially feasible. I kindly ask if you could make an exception in this case, or help me explore alternative options to resolve this issue.
