Can you please help me out with this issue?
Could I subscribe an Adobe Stock license that allows me to include a picture of yours in a more complex logo to be registered as a trademark in Europe?

No, Adobe Stock licenses do not allow for this type of use or application. It’s always a best practice to create company logos with wholly-original or work-for-hire commissioned art where the company fully owns their logo identity. It’s a good thing you asked first!

If you want a trademarkable logo, the artist has to do ALL the work, or contact artists to commission original work. Stock art is not for you...

You can't use stock assets for logos... regardless of the region.
