Running into an error every time I try to buy stock footage

I'm trying to buy stock footage liscenses, but after 10+ successful attempts Adobe won't let me buy anymore. My company's card is up to date, but I was even encountering errors in making any chnges or adding new methods of payment. Please advise on how to move forward and buy the footage if this is an indiviual account related matter vs. site-wide.
