Saved favorites are not showing in my library

Please help! I save photos to my favorites by clicking the heart. It SAYS it's saved, and when i go to my library, i can see them in the thumbnail for the folder they get saved to. However when i open up that folder to actually get to the photo, nothing i favorite is showing there, even if the "display all" filter is set. The only photos that are showing in the library are the licensed ones that i downloaded. I don't want to have to download every single thing i like before i decide if i want to use it. Where are they?

Sorry you are having trouble with this.  Not sure why this would be happening.  Any assets you save to a library should show up in the library afterwards.  You mentioned the Display All filter.  Can you switch to Licensed only and unlicensed only and back to all to see if this refreshes it?  Also try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser to see if something was not refreshed.  Finally, if you're still having issues, can you try creating a new library and see if you still have the same

I am not able to reproduce this issue on my end.  Thanks

Thank you for responding!! I've switched back and forth many times before, it had done nothing. However, clearing my cache helped show SOME of the favorites, which is interesting. Not all of them have appeared, but I'll take it! Maybe it'll take a little refreshing to load all of them but, regardless, thank you so much for your help!

Hi, I'm having the same issue, but clearing the cache isn't returning any results. I also logged on from multiple browsers and am experiencing the same problem. Shows "0 items (115 total) [Display all]"

I'm sorry you're having issues with this.  Can you see your library items in other ways such as in CCD or on the libraries file area (https://www.adobe.com/files/libraries).  Does this only happen with one library?  Can you create a new library and save things and does it work?

I didn't realize I could access the libraries created in stock.adobe.com through adobe.com/files. Thanks for the workaround! I was able to create a new library with a different name, and use the adobe.com/files interface to move them. Now they show up in the stock.adobe.com/Library. Weird, but solved for my use. Thanks again for the assist!

I'm having this issue currently. I favorited a bunch of templates to come back to later, and none of them are showing up in my favorites folder on Adobe Express. I scrolled through hundreds of templates to pick the ones I wanted to save, so it's super frustrating that NONE of them are actually in the folder where they should be!
