I license a photo under the standard license. I post on Facebook. Do I add the @Photographer/Adobe Stock on that image?

There is no difference between paid an free licences. It's the licence that sets, what you can do with the asset. Free licences come with a standard licence.

But in all licence cases: if an asset is used in an editorial setting (blog, like on social media!), you need to credit. Even if it is a free or a Premium asset. The terms and conditions are very clear on this.

Look here for more information on licensing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/links-for-licensing-terms/td-p/11366788
(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).

Thank you. I think the descrepancy is I would never consider social media a "blog" or "editorial" based medium.

I think that most social media posts are more like blog posts than anything else.
