Solicitud de reembolso

Yo adquirí la prueba de 7 dias de adobe, pero no cancelé la suscripción y cuando se cumplieron los  dias me hicieron el cobro, al percatarme cancelé mi suscripción y solicité reembolso, el asistente virtual menciona que fueron emitidos 2 reembolsos por autocancelación a mi cuenta (ambos suman el valor total del cobro), y dice que toma de 4 a 10 dias habiles. Luego de haber cancelado la suscrpción, ¿aún siguen teniendo mis datos bancarios para la devolución del dinero?

If you used your credit card, your credit card will be credited. If you used PayPal, your PayPal account gets credited. If you used a different manner to pay, that one will get credited. Even if you cancel and delete your account and request Adobe to delete all information about you, there is some information that needs to be stored legally for a longer period. Commercial transactions are part of this.

yo se que aquí no es directamente con adobe, pero si quería saber si alguien sabía al respecto.
