I would like to ask can I use a mockup downloaded with a standard license (for example: a t-shirt woman mockup or coffee mug) and use it in my online store to showcase and sell my design . I want to use the asset only to show my design not to sell the asset itself.

Yes, that's exactly what those assets are for.
