Stock credits showing on plan but cannot licence an image

I have a creative cloud license and have added Adobe Stock Credits, but I cannot redeem these to purchase images. The credits are showing, but when I try to licence an image, a pop up appears saying

'Welcome Back! Now that you're logged in, please make your selection again.' I have been on with Adobe now for 3 weeks trying to get this issue sorted but I am having zero luck. Please help! Any advice welcome.

I know what the issue is it. It will take a little time to fix it, but I will let you know when it's resolved.
