Hello, I have a current adobe stock subscription with 750 images/mo.  When I login it shows zero credits and I have definitely not used even close to 750.  What do I need to do?

Please check the account. Are you using the correct Adobe id?

Did you license pictures before? Look in your account for the licensed pictures. Do you see them?

Did you cancel your subscription?

If you did not cancel, you should Contact Customer Care .

Hi B.E.,

Thank you for posting your concern. Using the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums I see that you are a member of a Creative Cloud team with Stock. When you sign into the Adobe Stock website in the upper right corner of the site you'll either see your name or you'll see the name of your team or organization. If you see your name click on it and you'll see an option to select your organization. You should then see your team's available licenses.
