can´t open Image 146613771 with Illustrator 2018.
I got a german Error Message:
" Die Illustration kann nicht geöffnet werden. Die Illustration enthält einen verbotenen Operanden. Verbotener Operator: Bd. Kontext: (620V/613K.....)

I tried downloading the image on my end and opening it with Illustrator, unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find any error message.
Can you please try downloading the image using a different browser?
Also, please follow the steps below to download the image once again:
Go to stock.adobe.com
Go to the license history
Click on the image ID and click on the "download" option
Also, after trying the above steps if you are still facing troubles opening the image, can you please confirm which version of Illustrator CC are you using?
