Stock image download different color than preview

Hi

I've download the image 376889148 preview for design to get licensed after the client approve all.

But when I download the file the colors was different and look bad.

Compare the the preview of the image it was monochromatic and flat.

I open in photoshop CC 20.0.10 Release.

I work on Windows 10

Thank you for reporting this issue. This is something I'm tracking. I agree the fully license asset is a different color and I've granted a replacement license for the issue.

Thank you for replying.

I've fixed that issue via Photoshop, but I'm sure it's not 100% similar to the original image.

I wolde ilke to get a message when the image is fine. I want to redownload the image.
