Stock image quality not good enough

I purchased this icon set but didn't realise it was only a jpg that is not of sufficient quality for using as icons. I have seen another post that said I should post here if there are quality issues to get a refund on my credit.

Could you please confirm the insufficient quality of this image (it is not usable as icons) and refund my credit?

They definitely look much too small and low-res on the preview. Perhaps @Contributor1 can help here.
