Stock Images

No, Adobe cloud does not include stock images. You can use the free assets, however, and for use with Creative Cloud Express, which is part of Creative Cloud all apps, you have (limited) access to stock.

If you want to have access to Adobe stock, you will need either to take the stock subscription or you need to buy credit packs. Both options have advantages and disadvantages, so I would recommend reading the terms and, if you have additional questions, to update this thread.
