Hello My subscription ends on 10/27/22 and I still have some credits but I can't download anything anymore. why is that?

As a side note, as I can't look into your account: you must cancel for the plan to end. It does not end automatically, but renews for an additional year if not cancelled.
Please check your inbox for the cancellation confirmation message. I see that your plan was cancelled in September and the quota was scheduled to end in September not October. If you have any questions or concerns please contact customer care.
