Subscription Termination _ Adobe Stock

Be warned this is not a happy post ...I'm so dissappointed in Adobe RN, I too signed up with free subscription to adobe stock and ended up on a seemingly un-cancelable subscription. I have been trying to cancel since Dec 2022 and always get told there will be a massive cancellation fee for something I have NEVER used and get offered all sorts of deals which I ended up agreeing to because it was the only option otyher than pay an exorbitant amount.

Finally again I see the monthy instalments come out of my bank account I'm done and I cancel the unused subscription. I am charged a fee of $158.00!! can you believe how much I have already paid well over $1000 since Nov2022 and still I am being charged some more.

On april 4th 2023 I was charged $153.97? what was this for? was this not a cancellation fee?

Can I speak to a real person please

You get offered the special deals to keep you subscribed. That is standard commercial practice. By accepting them, you agree to stay subscribed. The early termination fees are half of the remaining dues for cancelling early, so by keeping your subscription you did pay much more.

Cancelation instructions are shown in this page. At the lower right corner of the image there is a chat icon. Click there and type "agent" to be put in contact with a real person.
