So I paid on December 1 or 2 after, presumably my trial was over, and I believe I canceled the plan because it's not showing up in my Adobe plans. I even checked my statements to see if I was charged after that month and I didn't anything. It was until today that I suddenly saw I was charged. Does anyone have this problem and can someone please help me with this? I don't know if I canceled the plan or not.
I don't see any active stock subscription associated with the Adobe ID you are using here on the forums. You can confirm your current subscriptions in account management. https://account.adobe.com. If you cancelled the plan, you got a confirmation e-mail. As a matter of a fact, you also got a confirmation, when you did take the plan.
