Support contact impossible to find/ Adobe customer care email not working

Hi!

I am desperately looking for a support or customer care contact in order to fix an automatic payment issue.

I tried with the email: [e-mail deleted by moderator], not working

I tried to call the support phone number in France: not working

I tried the support phone number in Italy: not existing (I am french but now in Italy)

 

Can anyone help me?

Adobe customer care can't be reached by e-mail. Guessing any e-mail address does not succeed and probably never with most companies. 😉

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
