Template not offered as a vector
Asset #354602175 is not downloading as a vector dispite it being an obvious template. How do I get my license credit back because this file is usesless to me as is?

I can see that now but I didn’t realize that when I bought it because it makes no sense that it’s a jpeg when it’s a template. I’d like a refund.
