Person "A" buys a stock image with standard license and uses it on his/her instagram page in a post. After a while if followers of that page shares a story which contains that stock asset with permission of person "A", does person "A" violate the rights of original copyright holder? Can person "A" give permission to his/her followers about sharing the post containing that asset in followers' story or post?

Sharing stories and posting links is what social media is designed for, and the Adobe Stock License Agreement does allow use of licensed images in social media. Therefore, it is quite unlikely that Adobe would consider social sharing as a violation of the terms. Just my opinion.

Legal reasons. They are simply not allowed to answer licencing questions. they will point to the licencing terms and conditions, and if you can't interpret them, you need to ask your laywer.

Basically: sharing your post on social media is not using the asset and doing a new post. It's embedding your original post and wrapping some commentary around. So that is completly in-line with the terms, and neither you nor the sharer did infringe someone's rights.

(Disclaimer: As always with licensing, this is my interpretation of the rules. I think they are correct and advice is based on reading and interpreting the licence terms and on fair use for both the buyer and the artist/stock company, but I cannot rule out that my interpretation is wrong. I'm not an Adobe employee).
