The problem with canceling or stopping the Adobe StockDownload account

Hello we want to stop our monthly payments until July after July we start it again we can no longer pay the monthly payments until July and if we want to cancel, he asks us for a fee of 164 euros, how can we proceed we didn't sign annual!!, we weren't even told that when the account is canceled we are forced to pay. this is stupid for someone to force you to pay if you have not signed an annual contract.  obliges me to pay monthly if I don't want to or if I don't have any more money. I have already paid for 2 or 3 years of adobe 25 euros monthly.

you can't suspend an adobe subscription. you can start and cancel subscriptions.

 

there is no cancellation fee for a monthly subscription.  however, if you have an annual subscription paid monthly, there is an early cancellation fee.

 

check your account to see the subscription you signed for, https://account.adobe.com

 

if you think there's an error in your account, contact adobe support. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

You've had this subscription for four years now and it has always been an annual contract paid monthly since you've signed up. If you terminate your subscription before the end of your yearly contract you will have to pay to end your contract early. If you require additional assistance please contact customer care.
