Hi.

I've payment creative cloud account and yesterday I used adobe stock to download a few photos.
Today I started to work on another project and searched some free adobe stock photos. I've found but when I try to download, it says: "This asset cannot be licensed."

when I try to add it in my library, it added succesfully but I cannot reach it in my photoshop. I can see the thumbnail but there is a "buy" button on it. and written "licanse image..."

when I try to use another photos, I have same situation. there is no free assets in my stock adobe account right now.

what should I do right now?

Correct answer Abambo

Creative Cloud does not include Adobe stock. There are, however, free assets that you can license, but you are limited apparently to 3 per day, and the time you take your last of the three runs the counter. So if the last asset has been licensed at 1842, the next three assets can be licensed the day after at 1843.

If you show us the asset ID, I can check if the items are part of the free collection or not.

when I bought creative cloud payment account (a month ago), I was downloading more than 10 assets daily and it warns me like "you've reached daily limit"

I thought "This asset cannot be licensed" was another error or something else.

ty for answer, sry about my bad english.

I never reached the daily limit, but I have also stock credits. And I'm not licensing a lot of free stuff.
