Transfer credits from Fotolia to Adobe Stock

I've bought some credits for Fotolia last year.

They expire with end of december this year.

Is it possible to transfer them to Adobe Stock?

All attempts at accessing my fotolia account or contacting fotolia lead back to Adobe Stock. So, I'm getting the impression you guys have ripped us all off. Prepare for a class action suit.

Hello.

I'm just joining this thread.
NONE OF THE LINKS WORK.

Every time you try to access anything to do with Fotolia, it is blocked. There is no way to access contact info, faq, nothing.

Please advise. I have projects in the works and I need access to the HUNDREDS of dollars worth of images I bought access to through Fotolia.

I don't know who is responsible for this transition, but it is terrible. This shouldn't be this hard.

Not sure why the links aren't working for you - perhaps try a different browser or incognito mode to see if that makes a difference.

When you say access is blocked, do you get a particular error when trying to access the Fotolia website so we can investigate further.

Here is the contact number from the Fotolia site - 800 685-4171.

I tried working with the customer service chat contact, but they were unable to resolve the situation after 20 minutes of trying. So they escalated it, and I'm standing by to receive a telephone call from the experts "in the next 24-48 hours." March 19, 2018

Wow, I had 300 credits and I just LOST 178 credits.  This is a total scam.  I paid good money and a loss of 178 credits SUCKS.  This is not right that Adobe expires your credits.  I will NEVER do another monthly subscription like this!!!!!'

In calling basically Adobe customer support told me that is the way it works.

Everyone that has unused credits better use them or you will lose them!!!!
