trouble credits

Hi 🙂

 

I've updated my plan from 40credits to 750credits/month for get more resources with extended license. My trouble is that they costed 32credits before the update and now cost 180credits. Can anybody help me?

That's normal. 750 credits/month does only mean, you get 750 standard licences. as for other assets, other prices apply, and they get translated into credits. If you check the conditions, you'll see, that you get a 20% off the standard price for extended licences or 4k videos. But the value of a credit is less with a 750 assets per month, compared to a 40 assets/months subscription. Ergo: you need more credits.
