That's normal. 750 credits/month does only mean, you get 750 standard licences. as for other assets, other prices apply, and they get translated into credits. If you check the conditions, you'll see, that you get a 20% off the standard price for extended licences or 4k videos. But the value of a credit is less with a 750 assets per month, compared to a 40 assets/months subscription. Ergo: you need more credits.
(I agree, this is confusing, but that is the way it is)
Contact customer care, if you want to change back to the more economical plan.
Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
