Trying to buy a photo....

I've updated my card info and still can't purchase the photo I want. Frustrated.... can't find a way to contact support on my account. I hate having to type a freaking question in a forum for my account support... come on Adobe!!!!!!

I'm trying to give you more money. Help me buy this photo. I wonder how long it will take to get a response.

I'm sorry that you're having issues trying to make a purchase.  I've escalated this to our engineering team.  In the meantime, I've added a license to your account as a gesture of goodwill so you can get the image you require.
