Trying to charge me for a subscription that I cancelled months ago
I cancelled my Adobe Stock subscription months ago and since then there hasn't been any issues and all of a sudden this month I am being asked to pay for a subscription that I didn't apply for. All the assets are still untouched. I've been trying to get in touch with someone to get this sorted for weeks now but Adobe seems to have the worst customer service and all it does is take me in circles on their website. Is there anyone that I can speak to and get this sorted?
